DYWIDAG-Systems International (DSI) is pleased to announce that DSI has acquired the Celtite Pty. business in Australia.

Celtite manufactures and sells strata control products incl. resins to the mining, tunnelling and civil construction markets.

Commencing July 26, 2004 the Celtite Ground Support business in Australia will operate as a Division of DSI Australia.

Celtite is located in Thornton, New South Wales, Australia.

DSI is pleased to have made this aquisition for a number of reasons. Celtite has a wide range of products, an excellent reputation as well as a solid customer service.

Although the name may have changed we can assure you that the management, staff and employees of Celtite as well as DSI Australia are committed to maintaining the high level of service, technological innovation and producr quality that has made Celtite a respected supplier in Australia and New Zealand.
