DSI announced the merger of DSI America´s geotechnical business unit with all activities of Lang Tendons Inc., effective April 1, 2004.

DYWIDAG-Systems International is one of the pioneers in the development of rock anchors and soil nails. The double corrosion protected THREADBAR^® anchor is accredited as a standard for its tensile force and its corrosion protection worldwide.

DSI pooled its own geotechnical business activities with those of Lang Tendons Inc. in the newly established DSI-LANG GEOTECH, LLC. The newly created company headquartered in Toughkenamon, Pennsylvania, is jointly managed by Kerry Allen and Christopher Lang.

DSI-Lang Geotech LLC incorporates all Geotechnical business for North and Central America including existing staff and a production facility in Philadelphia.

This merger consolidated the traditional strengths of both companies in their respective product areas and regions. Hence a broader product range will be available to our customers.
