DYWIDAG-Systems International acquires Artéon
DYWIDAG-Systems International GmbH (DSI) has acquired Artéon SA from Halifax Industrial on 15 September 2005. Artéon SA is a provider of form tie systems, post-tensioning and geotechnical products used in structural and civil engineering.
Artéon SA, founded in 1964 is market leader in the application of form tie systems in France. In addition Artéon has a good market reputation for post-tensioning and geotechnical products. One of its key business segments is lifting systems for precast elements. Headquartered in Gonesse, France Artéon has about 60 employees with local operations all around France.
DSI is global market leader in the development, production and application of post-tensioning and geotechnical systems. Head-quartered in Germany, DSI has over 1,100 employees worldwide with operations across Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas.
DSI has made strong progress over the past few years in terms of both solid financial performance and successful acquisition.
The DSI-Group was recently acquired by Industri Kapital, a leading European private equity firm. Industri Kapital actively supports the DSI-Group to follow its growth strategy.
