The first solid, square-cornered tunnel liner plates were designed and patented by Commercial in 1926 for use in the pioneer bore of the Moffat Tunnel in Colorado. Our experience in the art of tunneling spans over seventy-five years and thousands of projects, great and small, on six continents.
